Some things in Haikou change. Close to the Wanlüyuan 万绿园 (the Evergreen Park) they built this footbridge with escalators.
And in general, Haikou seems to be more modern, cleaner and more organized now. I myself have trouble finding the right buses and bus stops these days, as they have changed some routes and stops. Also, there are a lot less small buses running these days, which means that you can't just hop on and off whereever you like. what a pity.
